Below is a pressure treated 10x10x12 gazebo that we built in Chesapeake Va in April 2009. It has a pie slice 2x6 joist system that allows for the flooring to be run on an octagon. It also features an exposed tongue and groove beaded pine ceiling.

We can also build this gazebo without the octagon floor or exposed tongue and groove beaded pine ceiling. Without those options we can sell this gazebo for around $2200.
